Dictionary of Lay Pastors Ministry

But today, we think people want to look at those resources with the off-line, as a real paper book, so we are prepared for this book. By they way, to publish as a real book is very expensive because this book is nearly thousands pages, so we will make pdf book first and use it for a while, then move on to real book. Thanks for interested in this book, and this project.

Our thoughts are that this Internet Encyclopedia will be an international collection of writings  about the Lay Pastors Ministry. This information will be helpful for generations to come, like young students from LPM Seminary in Kenya Africa, PACE Seminary in Nagaland India, and also other countries.

Purpose of ielpm
The purpose of the IELPM is to provide detailed, ministry resources and information on key topics and practitioners in the area of Lay Pastors Ministry. The Encyclopedia’s articles are written with the intention that most of the article can be understood by advanced undergraduates majoring in LPM and by other specialist who are not working in the field covered by that article. The IELPM articles are written by experts but not for experts in analogy to the way the scientific English magazine is written by scientific experts but not primarily for scientific experts.

A critical feature of the IELPM is its status as a freely accessible and not-for-profit resource, which the Editors, present and future, will seek to perpetuate. As such, the IELPM will not be used to make a profit in any manner, such as by re-publishing articles or by charging for access to its articles or by posting advertising. No person at the IELPM will receive any financial compensation for any IELPM work. No for-profit organization will have any financial stake in the IELPM, nor can a for-profit organization advertise within the IELPM.
